Design & drafting
JAZARI's design possess in-depth technical knowledge and proficiency in the latest design and analysis software. This enables us to meet the needs of the client with maximum efficiency and economy while conforming to international safety, stability and resilience standards.
Paint & packaging
Unlike other structures which are painted at site, JAZARI's steel structures receive finished paint and 7 stage powder coating at factory. After inspection of each element and paint finishing, all the members are packed in specialized EPS packaging that protects the surface finish through transportation phase.
Production
JAZARI's production plant generates optimum geometry for each product as it connects design and manufacture processes through its in-house CAD system. All elements are manufactured with high technology CNC machines.
Erection
Before erecting the structure, JAZARI's engineers study the installation manoeuvres, by means of our own calculation tools. Steel Structures are then deployed using cranes considering all safety measures. At the completion of erection a comprehensive final inspection is done as per quality standards.
JAZARI STEEL Inspired by ISMAIL AL JAZARI
Ismail Al-Jazari, born in 1136 AD in Cizre, Anatolia, is celebrated as a pioneering mechanical engineer of Arab descent. Fully known as Badi’ al-Zaman Abdul’ Izz Ismail Ibn al-Razzaz Al-Jazari, he is distinguished for his monumental contributions to engineering. Not only was he an innovative engineer, but he was also an inventive genius, a creator of intricate handcrafted designs, and a scholarly bridge between ancient Greek and Muslim scientific knowledge.
Among his many inventions, Al-Jazariis famed for the design of the automated water clock, which was a marvel of engineering for its time, crankshaft and the elephant clock, an intricate device that showcased the fusion of cultural elements and mechanical complexity. These creations are just a glimpse into Al-Jazari’s genius, which he meticulously documented in his writings, encapsulating a lifetime of work.
In honor of his creative spirit and enduring impact, we proudly named our company Jazari Steel PVT Ltd.
